JSR Communications 11th Anniversary Appreciation Campaign

Terms and Conditions


1.    Promotion Overview
To celebrate 11 years of service, JSR Communications is offering free consultations throughout the campaign period and the opportunity for one participant to win a XCD 250 Anniversary Credit towards an eligible JSR Communications service.


2.    Campaign Period
The promotion runs from 15 June 2026 to 22 June 2026 at 11:59 p.m. AST.


3.    Free Consultations
During the campaign period, individuals, businesses, organisations, and community groups may request one (1) complimentary consultation with JSR Communications.
Consultations:

  • Must be scheduled in advance.

  • Are subject to availability

  • May be conducted in person, by telephone, WhatsApp, or online.

  • Do not obligate participants to purchase any service.


4.    Eligibility
To qualify for the Anniversary Credit drawing, participants must:

  • Follow JSR Communications on Facebook.

  • Like the official anniversary promotion post.

  • Share the official anniversary promotion post

  • Comment on the official anniversary promotion post.

  • Contact JSR Communications during the campaign period regarding a service, consultation, or business enquiry.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older.


Each participant is eligible for one (1) entry only. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.


5.    Anniversary Credit Prize
One (1) eligible participant will be selected at random to receive a XCD 250 Anniversary Credit towards an eligible JSR Communications service.


The Anniversary Credit:

  • Has a maximum value of XCD 250.

  • May only be applied to a new service purchased from JSR Communications.

  • Cannot exceed the value of the service purchased.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash. • Is non-transferable.

  • May not be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, special pricing arrangement, or credit.

  • Must be redeemed within sixty (60) days of notification.

 

Examples:

  • A XCD 200 service will be provided at no cost.

  • A XCD 500 service will be reduced to XCD 250..

  • A XCD 1,200 service will be reduced to XCD 950.

 

6.    Eligible Services
The Anniversary Credit may be applied to most JSR Communications services, including but not limited to:

  • Strategic communications services

  • Public relations services

  • Social media management

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Graphic design

  • Video production

  • Voice-over services

  • Website development

  • Website maintenance

  • JSRtv services

  • Training and consulting services

  • JSR MenuHub services

 

The Anniversary Credit does not apply to:

  • JSR Tech products or devices

  • Mobile phones

  • Tablets

  • Smart watches

  • Accessories

  • Refurbished devices

  • Special orders

  • Third-party products

  • Printing costs

  • Hardware purchases

  • Advertising placement fees paid to third parties

  • Services already under contract or previously invoiced

 

JSR Communications reserves the right to determine service eligibility.


7.    Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the campaign period.
The winner will be contacted directly and announced through JSR Communications’ official platforms on or before 30 June 2026.


If the selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, JSR Communications reserves the right to select an alternate winner.


8.    General Conditions
JSR Communications reserves the right to:

  • Verify participant eligibility.

  • Disqualify fraudulent or misleading entries.

  • Amend or clarify these Terms and Conditions where necessary.

  • Cancel or modify the promotion in the event of circumstances beyond its control.

9.    Privacy
Information collected during the campaign will be used solely for administering the promotion, providing consultations, and communicating with participants regarding JSR Communications services.


10.    No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Anniversary Credit drawing.


11.    Acceptance
Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
